HOW TO GET LISTED
Free weekly listings of entertainment events  are provided in this  section and in Thursday's  printed newspaper.

Items must reach us at  least two weeks in  advance. Mail or fax (attention: Weekend  Calendar) or e-mail,  subject: calendar. No  called-in items, please.  Not all submissions are  used. SEE below for addresses and numbers.

Events must be open to  the public. Calendar  categories include  festivals, music, stage,  dance, art shows,  museums, kids events,  tours, nature programs  and auditions.

Submissions must include: time, date and  address of event;  admission price if any;  public contact phone  number; age restrictions  if any. A non-returnable  photo is preferred. 

Calendar items must be  sent separately from any  submissions to other  columns, editors or  reporters.
